Hi there! I'm Melissa, the owner of Bea Rose Films. I’ve had the privilege of documenting love stories from across the country. I’ve captured beautiful moments in places like Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, and South Carolina. and now, I call the breathtaking South Texas coast home. In December 2021, my family and I made Laguna Vista and South Padre Island our new home, and I’ve fallen in love with being a beach photographer ever since.

Before turning my passion for photography into a full-time career, I spent 7.5 years as a pediatric registered nurse. It was during those years that I nurtured my love for storytelling through photography. Since moving to Texas, I’ve transitioned to working a photographer while also being a stay-at-home mom to my two little boys. My husband's job brought us to this sweet coastal town, and we’re so grateful to be near the these beautiful beaches.
